Calling all filmmakers, writers, and creative types out there! American Express wants to bring to life one great movie idea as an independent short that will premiere at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival. To enter, upload your 60 second dream movie pitch and it may just be made into a 15 minute short film by one of the Tribeca Film Directors (Brian Hill, Dev Benegal, Julien Kemp, Måns Herngren, Tarik Saleh, Jacob Tierney, David Russo, Jac Schaeffer, Julien Nitzberg, Mat Whitecross and Josh Appignanesi).
There are 2 rounds to compete in and 5 finalists from each will receive a laptop with video editing software plus a brand new HD camera! The grand prize winner will receive a trip for two to New York City to attend the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival as a VIP and see their story brought to life on the big screen. 18+, 60 seconds, June 24th (round 1) + September 15th (round 2)
