2014 Herman Miller Student Video Contest – $2,500

Whether for college or for fun, it seems that everyone is taking online courses these days. So how can you make a case for a college campus when you seemingly have the ability to learn anything from anywhere and anytime. Welcome to the “Herman Miller Student Video Contest.” Grab your video camera and create an entry that shows why students continue to be drawn to campuses for learning and interaction.

Your submission can be humorous or serious, but should be creative and original. This Contest is open only to active full-time students currently enrolled in a 2-4 year college or university in the U.S. and Canada. Check out Tim Shouder’s 1st place entry from 2013 to get an idea of what is required.

The contest will be awarding 3 winners overall. A 1st place entry will take home $2,500 while 2nd and 3rd will receive $1,500 and $1,000 respectively. Check out the contest page below and be sure to read the rules and fine print. Happy filming!

College Students, 2-3 minutes, Deadline: March 21st 2014
