“Rhythm & Raven” Video Contest – $1,500

Alright guys and gals, it’s time to put some rhythm in your video! The folks at ProjectEd have an exciting new contest for you that promises to pay big…but only if you can fire on all creative cylinders. They’re looking for video submissions that give Edgar Allen Poe’s “The Raven” a whole new spin. Using verses from “The Raven,” create a video of you reciting, singing, or rapping the poem in a rhythm that will make people want to hear it over and over again…aka radio catchy!

The challenge will be in keeping the poem untouched, meaning you aren’t allowed to repeat words or lines to fit your rhythm. ProjectEd wants you to stay true to Poe’s original rhyme and verse. And don’t be worried about the production quality of the music. As long as your rhythm and flow are on point, you have a chance to win.

ProjectED is going to be awarding $1,500 to a lucky winner in the 18+ category and the 13-17 category as well. Be sure to read all the details on the contest page to get started. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!

13+, 60 seconds-, Deadline: March 20th 2014
