Doritos “Legion of the Bold” Video Assignment – $10,000

Why should Crash the Super Bowl have all the fun? Doritos is spreading its crowdsourcing love to the Poptent community with an assignment that will still pay some hefty bills…and surely has better odds. Welcome to Doritos’ “Legion of the Bold” video assignment. As a place for young creatives to have an ongoing voice for Doritos, Legion of the Bold is a completely new platform for not only the brand, but large companies in general. The videos for this assignment should aim to bring awareness, and excitement, to Legion of the Bold, while maintaining a story of why Doritos created the platform and also drive new registrations to participate in the program.

So what is Doritos looking for in these videos? Basically you’re aiming at a target demo of both males and females 18-45+. They are searching for creative people that understand the brand and are eager to showcase their talent on a large scale. Keeping your video high energy and even mirroring the brand line “For the Bold” will be key to your success. While the video doesn’t have to necessarily be humorous, it should be exciting!

Doritos will be handing out some generous awards for this assignment. The top 4 videos will each take home $10,000…yes EACH! On top of that, the next 3 runners-up will receive a $5,000 cash award. If that’s not enough, Poptent is even running a mini-quest that could earn 10 lucky participants $250. When will you stop Doritos? We hope you never do.

      No point in participating if you’re not white. Doritos is super racist…nothing “bold” about it. I gave them a chance, no sense wasting any more my time.
