Wild To Inspire Short Film Contest – $10,000 in Prizes

Nat Geo Wild has launched their second annual filmmaking contest and is giving you the opportunity to win the ultimate travel dream job! The “Wild to Inspire” contest is open until January 16th so grab your cameras and listen up.

Inspired by Nat Geo’s “Destination Wild” series, the contest is looking for you to create and share your own “Destination Wild” story. It should capture and inspire viewers whether it’s shot during your travels or in your own backyard. The top three finalists will be chosen by February 1, 2015 and invited to the Sun Valley Film Festival in March 2015 to screen their film for festival attendees, a panel of judges and Nat Geo WILD executives.


Three finalists will each receive a 3 day trip to Sun Valley, Idaho to attend a special screening event at the 2015 Sun Valley Film Festival. The grand prize winner will receive a National Geographic expedition to Africa plus the opportunity to provide updates on the Nat Geo WILD and African Wildlife Foundation blogs (a prize package worth $10,000!).
